Applications:
Mainly used in polyamide and PBT, especially PA6, PA66, glass fiber-reinforced PA6, PA66.Nylon containing FR-NP can be used in all kind of injection and extrusion process and meet all kind of processing demands of polyamide, glass fiber polyamide.

Feature:
1.halogen-free and low poison, meet European Environmental Protection requirements;
2.easy process, no need special screws combination and special specification glass fibre;
3.different from general halogen retardant, no corrosion damage to equipment and mould;
4.good thermal stability, with decomposition temperature 330°C, suitable for glass fiber-
reinforced nylon;
5.flame retarded products containing FR-NP can be made to various color.

Ammonium Polyphosphate
Chemical Name: Ammonium Polyphosphate

Applications: It can be used in expanding fireproof material, such as polyurethane, UP resin and epoxy resin. also used in the retardant of fibre, wood and plastic. APP is main ingredient of expanding retardant thermoplastic because of its high molecular weight and good heat stabilization. Especially used in the PP achieving UL94-v0 for electronic unit.
